YANG SHENG FA - The Art of Chinese Health Preservation

Yang Sheng Fa encompasses both the knowledge and application of traditional Chinese methods in the areas of nutrition, movement, and meditation for the preservation of body, mind, and soul. The goal of this workshop is to create awareness of personal responsibility, to learn and practice ancient and proven methods from China, and to take initiative for a healthy and long life. These methods can strengthen the immune system, activate self-healing abilities, and improve relaxation, regeneration, and autonomous psychoregulation.

Spinal Qi Gong consists of eight simple yet highly effective exercises that can be practiced both sitting and standing. It promotes the flexibility of the musculoskeletal system and enhances the flow of Qi throughout the body.

YANG SHENG FA:

  • Participants do not require special clothing.
  • The group size is unlimited outdoors and limited indoors based on the capacity of the space.
  • Participation is not allowed for pregnant women or individuals with mental illness.
  • Photos, sound recordings, and videos are not permitted.
  • The methods taught are exclusively for health preservation in terms of salutogenesis and prevention.
