In late October, Crete offers a wonderful climate that combines the warmth of summer with a comfortable drop in temperature. It's the ideal time to soak in the sun and enjoy outdoor activities without the intense heat.

The focus is on individual exercises and short simple exercise systems with 3 - 7 exercise parts
Breathing, movement, visualization, and meditation exercises from the Daoist school (individual exercises and exercise systems with 5 - 13 exercise parts). The focus is on movement exercises performed similarly to Tai Chi, or on the other hand, a breathing/visualization exercise in a meditative form to harmonize the internal organs in the tradition of the "6 Healing Sounds".
Each Qi Gong exercise indeed has a specific focus on its effects, but it actually regulates the entire system of meridians (energy pathways). Any rigid assignment of exercises to specific symptoms contradicts the meaningful application of Qi Gong as a therapeutic method that is aimed at the whole organism. While practicing, the emphasis should be on one's own well-being rather than specific meridians, functional circuits, or muscle groups.
