DAO QI GONG with Toni Werschlan

The DAO QI GONG practice methods developed by Master Toni Werschlan are internationally recognized, easy to learn, highly effective, and last approximately 15 minutes each.

Each exercise system consists of 7 parts:
- relaxation
- expelling Qi
- absorbing Qi
- filling Dantian with Qi
- moving Qi
- Wu Wei meditation
- self-massage to conclude.

Through breathwork, movement, and visualization exercises, the flow of both "outer Qi" (Wei Qi) and "inner Qi" (Nei Qi) is strengthened and harmonized.

The Wu Wei Dao meditation serves the purpose of "non-interference" to avoid disrupting the work of Qi, allowing the full potential of Dao Qi Gong to unfold.

Participants do not require special clothing or a mat. The group size is unlimited outdoors and limited indoors based on the capacity of the space.

The methods taught primarily aim to maintain health in terms of salutogenesis and prevention but can also be used as support in therapy. In competitive sports, these exercises are recommended for shortening both physical and mental-emotional recovery time. They can also contribute to faster healing of injuries.

Photos, sound recordings, and videos are not permitted.
