Toni is not a guru! He teaches according to the principles of Daoism:
Our teacher is nature. Strive not to disturb this order or restore it.
With him, the rule is: Don't let me dictate to you, but follow your own nature. I'll show you the way. Walk it, but always practice according to your own nature.
You determine the number of repetitions, the duration of the exercise, whether you practice sitting or standing. Feel within yourself what is good for you in the moment.
The more you can find peace and stillness during practice and let non-action (Chinese Wu Wei) take its effect, the better your progress will be.
Qi Gong includes exercises for breathing, movement, and visualization, which are necessary to facilitate a harmonious flow of Qi
- but only through the practice of slowness, intentionlessness, and stillness can the harmonization of body, mind, and soul
be naturally achieved through Qi Gong. The secret is - It happens by itself.
Ge Hong (Traditional Chinese Medicine doctor and Daoist master)
When you are in stillness, you are connected to Qi.
