Cancellation Policy:


Cancellation by the Participant:

If a participant wishes to cancel their booking, they must notify the agency in writing or via email.

The following cancellation fees may apply:
A reservation is only made after a successful payment. You can cancel your order free of charge up to 14 days in advance. In case of later cancellation, 50% of the amount will be charged. In case of no-show or early departure, the full amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Cancellation by the Agency:

The agency reserves the right to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, such as insufficient participants, natural disasters, or other factors beyond their control. In the event of cancellation by the agency, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund of the retreat cost will be provided. The agency will not be responsible for any additional costs or expenses incurred by participants, such as travel arrangements or accommodation bookings.

Refunds:

Refunds for cancellations will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, usually within 30 days from the date of cancellation notification. The refund amount will be subject to the cancellation policy and any applicable fees or deductions as stated in the Terms and Conditions.

Transfers or Changes:

Participants may request to transfer their booking to another retreat date, subject to availability and the agency's discretion. Any changes or transfers may be subject to additional fees or charges, as determined by the agency.
